About The London Action Festival
The London Action Festival is a celebration of visual storytelling - a unique, world-class, multi-day Festival that highlights the most globally produced and commercially successful genre of content across Film and TV.
The Festival set out to create a meeting place for Industry, Talent and the Audience to connect in a new way. We aim to support creativity and to deepen public appreciation and understanding of the genre and the craft.
The team behind two highly successful editions of the Festival in 2022 and 2023 are committed to the pursuit of new live events dedicated to Film, TV and the art of visual storytelling with the potential to expand into areas such as Concerts and Gaming.
In addition to new editions of the Festival in the works, in 2024, we launched “The Action Station”, our label for individual events.
The Why?
Excellence in Film & TV production is worth shouting about — and we want to celebrate those in the industry that create incredible experiences on the screen and yet seldom get recognized the way they should by the major awards.
We want this to be YOUR Festival — a meeting place for the industry, the talent, and YOU, the audience.
We are building this into an annual celebration that always remembers Film (or High-End TV) isn’t just about what’s on the screen — it’s about creating a shared audience experience that is long remembered after you’ve finished your popcorn!
